The department’s vision is to provide a quality teaching-learning environment that uncovers the potentiality of the students.
Mission:
The teaching-learning process will be improved by upgrading the computer laboratory in the department along with the introduction of usage of ICT.
Teaching-learning Process:
The department has a student-centric teaching-learning process featuring experiential learning, participatory learning and problem-solving methods. Various co-curricular activities support this process including seminars. Various Software including MATLAB are used in the department through its laboratory for imparting practical knowledge.
The department has maintained a good track record of examination results which follows the UG Common Syllabus since Academic Session 2020-21 regulated by the Sambalpur University under CBCS introduced in 2016.
