Model Degree College, Boudh was established fairly recently in the year 2016, along with seven other model degree colleges, as part of the initiative of the Government to make education accessible to the remotest parts of Odisha, so that students do not have to travel far from home to pursue higher education, and are able to continue their studies without dropping out due to financial constraints. This institution aims to open doors of opportunities hitherto unavailable to the students entrusted to us. Even though our infrastructure is at a nascent stage, we have grown steadily with the help of a team of enthusiastic and hard working students and dedicated staff members. Our focus is on encouraging original thinking as we prepare our students not just for bright careers but for life. We look forward to guiding them through the portals of higher education and helping them adapt to the changing times without losing their sense of individuality and uniqueness, so that they emerge as cherished contributors to society.
